When food places have the word “dolphin” in the menu, what does that mean?

I know it’s obviously not Dolphin the mammal but when something says dolphin chicken kottu - what does that mean, thanks.

As far as I've experienced, it's ripped Gothamba Rotti/ Paratha Rotti. It's not kottu-fied into tiny rotti pieces. And they are very wet in general.

It usually means chicken kottu made with large chunks of godamba, or parata.
