Fish Biriyani

Follow these steps:


  • ml of Ghee
  • g of Onions
  • g of Tomato
  • g of Bell Pepper
  • cloves of Garlic
  • pods of Cardamom
  • stick of Cinnamon
  • g of Coriander Leaves
  • tbsp of curry powder
  • tbsp of Salt
  • tbsp of Chilli powder
  • tbsp of Turmeric Powder
  • tbsp of Pepper
  • g of Carrot
  • g of Potato
  • g of Seer Fish
  • g of Rice


  • 1 Rice Cooker


  • Add ghee into a rice cooker.
  • Cut all vegetables into slices or squares as preferred. Next add the onion, tomato, pepper, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon and corriander leaves and mix into the ghee.
  • Add in the curry powder, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper, carrot, potato and seerfish.
  • Add in the rice, mix well and cook for 30 minutes.

There you have it! An easy peasy Fish Biriyani.
